looking very much the part of a skeletal cowboy

my ship vanished around me as he began his incantation.

the one wearing yellow was giggling large
the one wearing green was mean as a soldier
the one wearing blue was a ninja I told ya
the one wearing indigo looked a bit young

he turned and then asked me
where ware you from?

I am from earth
really you say?
it just so happens we’re going that way!
Would you be kind and give us a ride
we know how to get you inside
we can teach your ship to hide

so I did, and along we glide….

we left the destroyed castle of the space lich in the distance
and as we approached the limitless post of the light warden
it did not move or challenge us.
and silently we entered the kingdom of man.
